The Aurora Place by Bukit Jalil Development Sdn Bhd (subsidiary of Ho Hup Construction Company Berhad) (2016-2017). ​ Scope of work: To sell and conduct the necessary works and maintenance on 5 units of tower cranes (SC206, SCT5515, SCT6520, SCD5020) and 3 units of twin cage passenger hoists.

Picasso Residence by Premier de Muara Sdn Bhd (a subsidiary of PRG Holding Berhad). ​ Scope of work: To sell and perform all necessary works and maintenance on 2 units of tower cranes and 2 units of passenger hoists, and later to supply a derrick and a mini-derrick crane for tower crane dismantling.

Residensi Sentulmas by Sinerjuta Sdn Bhd (associate company of Aset Kayamas Sdn Bhd) (2016-2017). ​ Scope of work: To supply 2 units of luffing (SCL226 and SCD5522) tower cranes.

Pembangunan Institusi di Ibu Pejabat Laut untuk Jabatan Laut Malaysia (2019-2020). ​ Scope of work: To supply 1 unit of luffing tower crane.
